Breakfast Club Booking Form

 

Dear Parents/Carers,

 

Please see overleaf a copy of the breakfast club booking form for the Spring Term. Please see below for the booking arrangements.

 

Booking Arrangements:

Both the quiet and the sporty breakfast clubs will offer 25 spaces each. Places MUST be booked AND paid for in advance. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

 

Payment MUST be received by Wednesday for the following week. If payment is not received your booking will be cancelled and the space will be opened up for someone else to use. You will be notified by text if your space has been cancelled. There will be no exceptions to this. When booking a space, you will need to indicate whether your child requires a space at the active or quiet breakfast club. Please be aware that if you no longer need your space you will need to let us know by the day before. We will not provide any refund if a space has not been cancelled. If your child is not at school because they are unwell then this will be taken into consideration.

 

Please find overleaf slips to make a booking for a place at breakfast club for the Spring Term. If you require more slips, please ask at the school office.

 

We appreciate emergencies occur and sometimes a place is needed at short notice. If this is the case, please contact the school office who will confirm whether a space is available however if the spaces are all filled please note we may not be able to assist.
