We have created our cave paintings. We drew onto paper underneath the tables, like we were painting on real cave walls. We used charcoal to draw the outlines of what we are going to paint. See if you can spot woolly mammoths, rhino, sabre-toothed tigers, neanderthals, and lots of different stone weapons.
Then we made Stone Age paint using berries, spices and leaves to make different colours. We made red, blue, yellow and brown. We then used this to colour in our charcoal sketches from last week.
Here are our finished paintings! We look forward to showing these to you on our open afternoon - we will send out information about this in the next couple of weeks.
