We had a wonderful day at Jimmy's farm learning more about the Stone Age. We learnt about fires, including what a fire needs to burn, and then we built our own fires. We also walked around the farm to look at the animals that they have. At lunchtime, we ate sausages that had been cooked over fires just like the ones we had made, but a bit bigger! During the afternoon, we made and improved dens in the woods. Everyone had a lovely day, and we would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Jimmy's farm and to all of the parents who came along to help us.
