Breakfast Club Booking Form

 

Dear Parents/Carers,

 

 

We are pleased to inform you that we are able to offer Breakfast Club to the children when we return to school in September, although arrangements will be slightly different.

 

We will continue to be able to offer 50 spaces on a first come, first served basis but there will not be a choice between an active or quiet club. Activities are likely to only be quiet ones, such as colouring and reading.  The children will be split into smaller groups (this will be dependent on numbers who book but we aim to have three separate breakfast clubs) so that we can continue to maintain social distancing and limit contact as much as possible.  We cannot therefore guarantee siblings will be able to attend the same Breakfast Club.

 

All places MUST be booked AND paid for in week in advance.  The cost remains the same at £1.00 per child, per day.  Please note payment can be made online using a debit or credit card at the following link: https://www.suffolk.gov.uk/children-families-and-learning/schools/school-meals-uniforms-and-trips/pay-for-a-school-trip/  Please pay under School Trips and mark it as Breakfast Club.  We are aware some parents had already paid for Breakfast Club in the Summer Term which was cancelled so if you would like to check your balance before making payment please call the school office.

 

If payment is not received your booking will be cancelled and the space will be opened up for someone else to use. You will be notified by text if your space has been cancelled. Please be aware that if you no longer need your space you will need to let us know by the day before. We will not provide any refund if a space has not been cancelled. If your child is not at school because they are unwell then this will be taken into consideration.

 

Please find attached a form to make a booking for a place.  We would ask you to please return this by email to parents@whcps.org.  If you are unable to print the form we are happy to accept a list of dates required.

 

We appreciate emergencies occur and sometimes a place is needed at short notice.  If this is the case, please contact the school office who will assist if we can.
