If you are worried about someone you care for, or want to know how to stay mentally well, the Gateway website for families looking for emotional well being advice, or for a referral to Mental Health Services. You can also self-refer your child via the website using the link below. Or we can do this for you. There is lots of information on the website about eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress and self-harm in children and young people:
