If you are worried about someone you care for, or want to know how to stay mentally well, the Gateway website for families looking for emotional well being advice, or for a referral to Mental Health Services. You can also self-refer your child via the website using the link below. Or we can do this for you. There is lots of information on the website about eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress and self-harm in children and young people:


Suffolk Parent Hub

This is a good website with lots of support and advice to help with your child’s development:


There is also details of Parenting Courses, which are effective if you are having problems with behaviour or routines at home. These courses are free and run locally. The main ones are:


  • Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) for Parents of children ages 2-11 years. 8 Week course.


  • Triple P ‘Stepping stones’ for parents with Children who have additional needs- ages 2-11 years, 8 week programme.


  • Solihull Group Programme for parents with children aged 0-19years, 10-week programme.
