Free School Meal Vouchers
Dear Parent/Carer,
We are pleased to inform you that Suffolk County Council have confirmed they will again be providing vouchers for all children who are entitled to free school meals, to assist parents/carers with the cost of providing meals for their children over the summer holiday period.
Please note as per previous holidays, vouchers will be provided by Edenred, and they will be accessed via an email sent out on a Monday. Parents/Carers will be entitled to £15.00 per child, per week for all children who are at Whitehouse and are eligible to receive the voucher.
Whereas the vouchers are normally sent on a weekly basis, please note that for the summer holiday these vouchers will instead be sent out on a fortnightly basis, with emails being sent on the following dates:
Monday 19th July £30.00 per child
Monday 2nd August £30.00 per child
Monday 16th August £30.00 per child
If you do experience any problems with accessing your vouchers, please email us at parents@whcps.org. Staff will monitor the email account on a regular basis however please be aware that during the holiday it may take staff a little longer to be able to respond to your query.
