Dear Parents,

We are writing to inform you that Mrs Hall will take on a Trust-wide role as Head of School Improvement from September 2023, 3 days per week. Mrs Hall has been the Headteacher of Whitehouse since January 2017 and has developed the school significantly in this time, securing a good Ofsted judgement in 2019.

Since joining the Trust Mrs Hall has already supported a number of colleagues and the Trust is keen to continue to utilise her expertise across the schools as well as ensuring that Whitehouse continues to be well led. Therefore, from September Mrs Hall will be the Co-Headteacher of Whitehouse alongside Miss Siddall who will be promoted to interim Co-Headteacher. Mrs Hall and Miss Siddall have worked successfully together for the last 6 and a half years, and they are both confident that this partnership will ensure the school continues to offer the best education to the children.

As Trust CEO and school Chair of Governors, we are in agreement that this will enable effective succession at the school and also retain the involvement of an excellent leader.
