Year 3 - French Day

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are excited to let you know that on Friday 10^th May 2024 all children in Year 3 will have the opportunity to take part in a ‘French’ themed day. This will include a range of immersive experiences and activities for your child to support them in their learning of French as a modern foreign language, as well as support their understanding of Europe as part of this half term’s enquiry question: ‘Who are our European neighbours?’

We would like to invite you to join us for some food tasting of a range of traditional French foods. The timings for this session differ per class:

Please ensure that the school are up-to-date with any allergy or intolerance information for your child. The tasting of each food is optional and ingredients lists will be provided.

Please come to the Marlow Road entrance at the times above where we will sign you in.  We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

Please note that for safeguarding reasons you will not be allowed to use your mobile phone whilst you are on the school site.
