Year 2 - Postponement of Duxford Trip
Dear Parents/Carers,
I am writing to inform you that unfortunately it is necessary for the Y2 Duxford trip to be postponed.
The temperature is set to rise even higher by the end of the week, potentially exceeding 30 degrees. Therefore, we did not think it would be safe for the children to endure travelling the distance from school to Duxford in this significant heat.
We have secured another date to visit Duxford which is Friday 1st July.
We hope you understand our decision to change the date as our children’s safety and welfare always takes precedence.
