Year 6 Residential: Essex Outdoors – Mersea
(Monday 24th June – Tuesday 25th June)
Dear Parents / Carers,
We are writing to inform you that we will be holding an information meeting for the upcoming Year 6 residential trip to Essex Outdoors – Mersea Island. The meeting will take place on Monday 10th June at 3.20pm in the Waterford Road Hall. During this session, further information will be provided about the trip and there will be an opportunity for you to raise any questions that you may have. Following the session, a written summary of the information covered will be sent out to all parents/carers in case you are unable to attend.
Entry to the hall will be via Waterford Road car park from 3.15pm. Please wait outside the school gates until the doors are opened to allow staff members who are leaving to safely exit the car park.
In the meantime, we have attached a kit list which is provided by Essex Outdoors for a list of items that all children will need to take with them.
If you have any outstanding payments, please ensure these are made as soon as possible. If there are any problems with payment, please speak to the school office.
