Parental Engagement Invitation – Year 5

Dear Parents/Carers,

The next DT unit for Year 5 is: Healthy eating: Flapjacks.  As part of their DT lessons, the children will be tasting, designing and creating their own healthy flapjacks.

We would like to invite you to take part in our tasting session alongside your child. (We will provide you with 4 different flapjacks to taste). This lesson will take place on Tuesday 12^th March 2024 from 2:15pm to 3.00pm. 

So we can ensure that we have enough resources and can be prepared for this tasting, please could you fill in and return the reply slip below as soon as possible.

We will share the ingredients of the flapjacks during the lesson so any allergies will be accounted for.
