We wish to appoint a Customer Service Apprentice to work towards their Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.  You will be working with a supportive team of staff based in the main office of the school.  You will:


  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school site, attending to their queries and requests
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Update pupil records
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records of activities and events
  • Respond to queries and requests from students and staff
  • Provide support to your office colleagues

We are looking for someone who:

  • Wishes to develop their skills in customer service and administration
  • Is organised and pays attention to detail
  • Can work independently but also able to collaborate as part of a team
  • Is able to follow guidance and instructions
