Year 4: Multiplication Tables Check Parent/Carer Workshop
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are excited to invite parents/carers of our Year 4 children to attend a presentation about the Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) which is statutory for all Year 4 children. You are invited to join the lesson on:
Thursday 27th February
9.00 – 10.15am
In 2025, the school must administer the MTC to all eligible Year 4 pupils between Monday 2nd June and Friday 13th June 2025. We hope this session will provide parents/carers with more information on the MTC and how to support your children with their times tables. This will run for approximately 25 minutes and after, parents/carers will be invited to come back to the classroom and engage with a maths lesson.
The session will begin in the Marlow Road Hall and we would ask parents/carers to enter school through the Marlow Road entrance, where you will be asked to sign in.
We look forward to having as many of you as possible join us and would ask you to return the reply slip below to ensure we can provide enough resources.
Please note that for safeguarding reasons you will not be allowed to use your mobile phone whilst you are on the school site.
