Junior Road Safety Officers
In September 2022, Whitehouse decided to join the Suffolk Junior Road Safety Officer scheme because we thought that it would help pupils and their families feel - and be - safer whilst walking, riding or driving around the school.
Firstly, Ms Gelling introduced the scheme to pupils and encouraged them to apply for the role.
4 appointments were made in mid-October.
Concerned about the safety of their peers and family during the winter months, the JRSO decided to organise a "Be Safe, Be Seen" poster competition inspired by the following images.
