WHCPS PE & Sports Awards

In 2017 Mr Jordan introduced two new WHCPS PE awards. The first award, the Effort and Contribution Award, recognises those pupils’ that continually give 100% effort and make excellent contributions within PE lessons. This award is presented to one boy and one girl at the end of KS1 (Yr2) and KS2 (Yr6). The second award, the PE and Sports Award, celebrates pupils’ fantastic achievements and persistent effort, behaviour and commitment to PE and extracurricular sports activities. This prestigious award is also presented to one boy and one girl at the end of KS1 (Yr2) and KS2 (Yr6). Recipients of this award receive their very own engraved shield to keep, along with their names added to the list of previous winners on the PE and Sports Award shields housed within the schools trophy cabinet at the front of the school.
