Year 6 Residential: Essex Outdoors – Danbury (Monday 23rd June – Tuesday 24th June)
Dear Parents / Carers,
We are writing to inform you that we will be holding an information meeting for the upcoming Year 6 residential trip to Essex Outdoors – Danbury. The meeting will take place on 9th June at 15:20 in Waterford Road Hall. During this session, further information will be provided about the trip and there will be an opportunity for you to raise any questions that you may have. Following the session, a written summary of the information covered will be sent out to all parents in case you are unable to attend.
Entry to the hall will be via Waterford Road car park from 15:15. Please wait outside the school gates until the doors are opened to allow staff members who are leaving to safely exit the car park.
In the meantime, we have attached a kit list which is provided by Essex Outdoors for a list of items that all children will need to take with them.
If you have any outstanding payments, please ensure these are made as soon as possible. If there are any problems with payment, please speak to the school office.
