Free After School Sports Clubs – Autumn Term 2

Dear Parent / Carer,

Our free after school clubs have once again proven to be a big success, with a large number of pupils accessing at least one club during the first half term. We are therefore pleased to announce that we will again be offering a number of free sports and non-sports after school clubs during this half term.

All clubs will commence the week beginning Monday 10^th November and will run for 5 weeks. Therefore, please note that the final week for all after school clubs for this half term will be the week beginning 8^th December. Pick up for all clubs will be at 4:10pm. The available clubs, number of spaces and pick up details for each year groups after school clubs is indicated in the table below:

NB – If your child would like to continue with a club that was offered last half term i.e. Yr5&6 Boys Football, Yr5&6 Chess Club etc. please tick this club again on the attached sign-up sheet for this half term.

If your child would like to attend one of their year groups after-school club, please complete the below reply slip and return this to your child’s teacher by Thursday 6^th November 2025.  Please note that if your child signs up to attend the club, they will be expected to attend every week unless they are off due to sickness. Any child who is not given a place initially will be added to a reserve list and informed if a place becomes available.
