Year 3 French Day

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are excited to let you know that on Tuesday 28th April all children in Year 3 will have the opportunity to take part in a ‘French’ themed day. This will include a range of immersive experiences and activities for your child to support them in their learning of French as a modern foreign language. The day will also develop their understanding of Europe as part of this half term’s enquiry question: ‘Who are our European neighbours?’

We would like to invite you to join us for a food tasting of a range of traditional French foods. The timings for this session differ per class. If you can attend, please be at the Waterford Road gate at start times listed below.

Please ensure that the school are up-to-date with any allergy or intolerance information for your child. The tasting of each food is optional and ingredients lists will be provided.
