Dear Parents/Carers,
Free dental check-ups coming to school – don't miss out!
We are pleased to confirm that a mobile dental unit will be visiting our school on Tuesday 3rd November and Tuesday 11th November 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to receive a free dental examination and any necessary treatment without you needing to take time off work or arrange separate appointments.
Early detection of dental problems can prevent pain and more serious issues later, and regular dental check-ups help children maintain healthy teeth and gums throughout their lives. Best of all, it's completely free and takes place during the school day, so there's no need for you to arrange transport or take time off work.
Please complete the attached consent form and return it to the school office by Tuesday 20th October 2026. You can also email it to snee@cdscic.co.uk. If you need any help completing the form, please contact the school office.
The dental team can only see children where completed forms have been received by the deadline. Unfortunately, they will be unable to see children whose forms arrive after 20th October.
