Year 5 Parent/Carer Session – Art- Tudor portraits
Dear Parents/Carers,
Our art unit for this half-term is linked to our Enquiry question, ‘What was life like during the reign of Henry VIII?’. The children have looked at portraits of Henry from throughout his life and have then sketched their own examples.
We would like to invite you to join your child to complete their portraits in the style of Pop art. Alternatively, you could choose to create your own.
This lesson will take place on Wednesday 15th July from 9.10-9.50am. If you are able to attend can we please ask you to come to the Waterford Road car park entrance at 9.05am, so we can sign you in and take you to your child’s class.
