Free After School Sports Clubs – Autumn Term 1

Dear Parent / Carer,

Welcome back, we hope you all had restful and enjoyable summer! We remain extremely proud of your extra-curricular provision, and the vast array of opportunities we offer our pupils with our free after school clubs. We are therefore pleased to announce that we will again be offering a number of free sports and non-sports after school clubs during this half term.

All clubs will commence the week beginning Monday 14^th September and will run for 5 weeks. Therefore, please note that the final week for all after school clubs for this half term will be the week beginning 12^th October. Pick up for all clubs will be at 4:10pm.

The available clubs, number of spaces and pick up details for each year groups after school clubs are indicated in the table below:

If your child would like to attend one of their year groups after-school club, please complete the below reply slip and return this to your child’s teacher by Thursday 10^th September 2026.  Please note that if your child signs up to attend the club, they will be expected to attend every week unless they are off due to sickness. Any child who is not given a place initially will be added to a reserve list and informed if a place becomes available.

We hope the children will enjoy this opportunity to enjoy some extra-curricular activities and thank you for your continued co-operation.
