Free After School Clubs – Summer Term 2

Dear Parent / Carer,

We are pleased to announce that we will be continuing to offer free sporting and non-sporting after school clubs during this half term. 

All clubs will commence the week beginning Monday 8^th June. Clubs will run for 5 weeks, with the final week for clubs being the week beginning Monday 6^th July. Please note that the pick-up for all clubs will again be at 4:10pm. The available clubs, number of spaces and pick up details for each year groups after school clubs is indicated in the table below:

If your child would like to attend one of their year groups after-school club, please complete the below reply slip and return this to your child’s teacher by Thursday 4^th June 2026.  Please note that if your child signs up to attend the club, they will be expected to attend every week unless they are off due to sickness. Any child who is not given a place initially will be added to a reserve list and informed if a place becomes available.

We hope the children will enjoy this opportunity to enjoy some extra-curricular activities and thank you for your continued co-operation.
