Dear Parents/Carers,
Our science unit next half-term for Year 5 is: Forces
Throughout this topic, the children have been learning about gravity, friction, air resistance, and other forces that affect how objects move.
We would like to invite you to join your child for a forces experiment session, where you will work together to test how different forces act on moving objects. The children will prepare the equipment and experiment outline in advance, ready for you to complete the investigation alongside them.
This lesson will take place on Wednesday 25th November from 9.30-10am. If you are able to attend can we please ask you to come to the Waterford Road gate at 9.25am, so we can sign you in and take you to your child’s class.
