After School Clubs

Dear Parent/Carer,

One of the things we are very proud of at Whitehouse is being able to offer regular opportunities for our children to take part in extra-curricular activities.  Our after-school clubs are always very popular and they always have a great uptake.

With the current Covid-19 circumstances we have not been able to run after-school clubs since the autumn term, however, we would like to start these again following our Covid-19 risk assessment that can be found on our school website: https://www.whcps.org/covid-19-risk-assessments/. Each class will be offered an after-school club for members of their class bubble only, which will be organised by members of staff who are working within that bubble.  We will be running the clubs for 4 weeks only. The clubs will start on Monday 19^th April and each one will finish at 4.15pm.

The clubs on offer are detailed below:

If your child would like to attend their class after-school club, please complete the below reply slip and return this to your child’s teacher by Thursday 15^th April 2021.  Please note that if your child signs up to attend the club, they will be expected to attend every week unless they are off due to sickness.

We hope the children will enjoy this opportunity to enjoy some extra-curricular activities and thank you for your continued co-operation.
