Dear Parents/Carers,
As you have seen on the school newsletter for the last few weeks – Nursery children will be having their own sports day on Friday 8th July from 9:15 until 10:15.
Here are the arrangements:
All children and parents are invited to join the Nursery staff on the school field at 9:15. The field can be accessed by the usual gate from the road (between Whitehouse and Westbourne schools), then follow the path past the Nursery gate to the following gate where staff will greet you, sign you in and direct you to the events area.
The Nursery and PE staff will be supervising events which parents and children can take part in together. There will be a series of events that parents and children will move round in order to complete them all. Please support and encourage your child to take part – we would like this to be a fun physical activity for all involved.
At the end of the sports day (10:15 approx.) those children who usually stay for morning Nursery (or full day) can be walked to Nursery and be collected at the usual time. Those that come for the afternoon session can go home and come back for their usual session.
