Free After School Sports Clubs – Autumn Term 2

Dear Parent / Carer,

Our free after school clubs have once again proven to be a big success, with a large number of pupils accessing at least one club during the first half term. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we will be continuing to offer both sporting and non-sporting free after school clubs during next half term. 

Following the most recent review of our schools COVID-19 risk assessment, we will again be continuing to offer clubs to year group bubbles. All clubs will commence the week beginning Monday 8^th November. Clubs will again run for 5 weeks, with the final week for clubs being the week beginning Monday 6^th December. As with previous years, pick up time for all clubs will 4:15pm. The number of spaces for each club is also indicated in the table below Please see below. The available clubs, number of spaces and pick details for each year groups after school clubs is also indicated in the table below:

If your child would like to attend one of their year groups after-school club, please complete the below reply slip and return this to your child’s teacher by Tuesday 2 November 2021.  Please note that if your child signs up to attend the club, they will be expected to attend every week unless they are off due to sickness. Any child who is not given a place initially will be added to a reserve list and informed if a place becomes available.
