Year 6 – Leavers Hoodies

Dear Parents/Carers,

We hope you are all keeping safe and well.  We are very proud of all the Year 6 children and all they have achieved in their time at Whitehouse.

As part of our end of year arrangements for our Year 6 children we would like to offer you the opportunity to purchase one of Year 6 Leaver Hoodies.  The hoodies will be red and will have ‘Whitehouse CP School 2023’ on the front, and the names of our Year 6 children on the back, dependant on parents/carers giving permission for their child’s name to be included.

The cost of the hoodies will be £14.50 for the following sizes: 7-8 years (29” chest) / 9-11 years (32” chest) / 12-14 years (34” chest).

If a larger size is required the cost will rise to £15.50: Small (37” chest) / Medium (40” chest) or Large (43” chest). Please note these are adult sizes.

We would ask you to please email us at parents@whcps.org and confirm the following:

1. If you give consent for your child’s name to be included on the hoodie (this does not mean you have to order one)
2. If you would / would not like to purchase a Y6 Hoodie
3. The size you would like to order
4.  

We will set this up as a trip on Arbor so that payment can be made using the Arbor app. Please make sure that you select the correct option for the price/size required. Alternatively, cash can be paid at the school office. We would ask you to please make payment by Friday 28^th April 2023.    Please choose the size carefully as we are not able to get a refund or change of size once these have been ordered.

We hope the children will enjoy the opportunity to have one of these to help them remember the many experiences they have had whilst with us at Whitehouse.
