Year 3 Catch Up Plan
Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope this letter finds you well.
We have thought very carefully about how to support all of our children throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. As part of this, we have a detailed Catch Up Plan in place to support the children with any gaps in their learning that have formed as a result of the pandemic.
In order to provide the children with a positive start to Key Stage 2, we were pleased to be able to teach the children across three classes in year 3. As the children move into year 4, they will be organised into two classes with additional support in place to ensure gaps in learning can continue to be targeted.
The children will be notified of their new class at the end of June, in preparation for the transition mornings on the 7th and 8th July when they will meet their new teacher.
