Year 6: Residential Trip – Essex Outdoors Mersea

Dear Parent/Carer

We are writing to inform you of an exciting residential trip that we have planned for Year 6 at Essex Outdoor at Mersea. The trip will be a one-night, two-day event from Monday 24^th June 2024 to Tuesday 25^th June 2024.

This is an outdoor activity based trip where the children take part in a number of activities designed to build their confidence and encourage teamwork.  Activities include abseiling, canoeing, crate climbing, raft building, archery, quad biking and many more fun activities. The cost of this trip will be £124. If you would like your child to go on this trip please sign up via the Arbor app or alternatively please complete and return the slip below with a non-refundable deposit of £30 by Tuesday 10^th October 2023.

Payments can be made on a monthly or termly basis within the Arbor app. Please make sure that you have the app installed as it will be a record of any payment that you make.  Also, if you think that you could qualify for a grant from the Northgate Foundation, or would like more information on the possibility of obtaining one, please come in and speak to the office team.
