Year 2 Enquiry/science Trip – What is it like to live in our local area? Animals and their habitats.
Dear Parents/Carers,
This half term in Year 2 we are looking at our local area; part of this enquiry topic includes going for a walk around our local area to see what we can find. We will also incorporate some investigations into animal habitats. This local walk will take place within the school day at Christchurch Park. We will leave at 09:30 and be back before the end of the day.
This will take place on Wednesday 4th October. The cost of the coach will be £5.00. Payment can be made either via the school office or on Arbor.
Please ensure your child has appropriate clothing for the weather conditions on the day. Please also ensure your child brings their water bottle (no glass bottles)
Please can you indicate on the form attached if you would like the school to provide a packed lunch for your child.
If you have any concerns, or if your child requires any special arrangements, then please ensure you speak to the class teacher by Friday 29th September 2023.
